Reeser's Web Design Inc. maintains its websites as a service to the business community. By agreeing to have us host your website, by visiting this web site and/or using or purchasing goods and/or services from or through this web site, you agree to be subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. This represents the entire agreement between you and Reeser's Web Design Inc. It supersedes any and all prior communications and agreements. The Terms and the relationship between you and Reeser's Web Design Inc. shall be governed in accordance with the laws of the state of Oklahoma, United States of America. These terms and conditions will change from time to time, solely at our discretion, by updating this page on our website. This service is provided exclusively for businesses and non-profit organizations. Reeser's Web Design Inc. does not provide hosting services for personal home pages.

When you register with Reeser's Web Design Inc, you become a member of our on-line community. By registering with us, you agree to receive a copy of our monthly newsletter, as well as other special offers that may arise from time to time. Should you not wish to receive the newsletter or any related such offers, you may notify us by phone, post or E-mail.

Reeser's Web Design Inc. makes no guarantee as to the availability of its website or the products and/or services available therein.
You and the members of your organization will be the sole source of information for your website, and therefore, you must take full responsibility for all information provided to Reeser's Web Design Inc. As soon as you are notified that your website is published on the web, it is your responsibility to review the content and inform us of any errors or violations of law or this agreement.
The Web pages hosted on Reeser's Web Design Inc. must not contain anything illegal, pornographic, degrading or abusive to other persons, or for promoting or providing instructional information about illegal activities, or promoting physical harm or injury against any group or individual. Links to web sites with such content will not be tolerated within the Web pages hosted by Reeser's Web Design Inc. Copyrighted material belonging to other parties including copies of other web pages and/or images may be posted on the web pages hosted by One Web Corporation only with prior consent from the copyright owner. One Web Corporation has the right to remove any page it determines, in its sole judgment, to be in violation of these conditions.
SPAM POLICY
Sending unsolicited commercial or bulk e-mail or any other method of distributing electronic messages to recipients who have not requested them, otherwise known as "spam" from our servers, or sending such e-mail with a hosted web site listed as the contact address, or any use of Reeser's Web Design Inc. services or systems associated in any way with such mailings is strictly forbidden. Reeser's Web Design Inc. will immediately terminate, without any warning, the account of any member who conducts these activities.
CREDIT CARD FRAUD
It is a violation of these terms for you to misuse or fraudulently use credit cards, charge cards, electronic funds transfers, and/or electronic checks. A determination of such misuse or fraudulent use shall be in Reeser's Web Design Inc. sole discretion. Further, Reeser's Web Design Inc. shall report, and you shall waive all rights to privacy, to the extent permitted by law, all such misuses and fraudulent uses as determined by Reeser's Web Design Inc. in its sole discretion to appropriate government authorities, credit reporting services, financial institutions, and credit card companies.
SECURITY BREACHES
It is a violation of these terms for you to attempt to breach or to breach the security or firewall systems of Reeser's Web Design Inc., its internet access provider, or its affiliates. If you become aware of such an attempt to breach or actual breach, please notify us at

Notices of such problems should contain the following information:

Identification of the affiliate with whom there is a problem.

The address, telephone number, or email address of the complaining party.
Complaints may be investigated by Reeser's Web Design Inc. but Reeser's Web Design Inc. is under no obligation to act or not act with regards to any complaint. Any action taken will be at the sole discretion of Reeser's Web Design Inc.
WARRANTY LIMITATION
Reeser's Web Design Inc. and its content are provided "as is", with no warranties whatsoever. All representations and/or warranties of any kind, either expressed, implied or statutory, including, without particular limitation to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement of proprietary rights, are expressly disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law. All members acknowledge that any warranty that is provided in connection with any product and/or service available through Reeser's Web Design Inc. is provided solely by the owner, advertiser, or manufacturer of that product and/or service, and not by Reeser's Web Design Inc.
SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these terms should, for any reason, be held invalid or unenforceable in any respect, the remainder of these terms shall be enforced to the full extent permitted by law. A court of competent jurisdiction is hereby empowered to modify the invalid or unenforceable provision to make it valid and enforceable.
WAIVER OF JURY TRIAL
Both you and Reeser's Web Design Inc. hereby agree to waive all respective rights to a jury trial of any claim or cause of action related to or arising out of these terms. The scope of the waiver is intended to be all encompassing of any and all disputes that may be filed in any court and that relate to the subject matter herein, including without limitation, contract claims, tort claims, breach of duty claims, and all other common law and statutory claims. Each party further agrees that each has had the opportunity to have legal counsel review the waiver.
IDEMNIFICATION
Customer agrees that it shall defend, indemnify, save and hold Reeser's Web Design Inc. harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable attorney's fees asserted against Reeser's Web Design Inc., its agents, its customers, officers and employees, that may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold by customer, its agents, employees or assigns. Customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Reeser's Web Design Inc. against liabilities arising out of; (1) any injury to person or property caused by any products sold or otherwise distributed in connection with Reeser's Web Design Inc.; (2) any material supplied by customer infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party; (3) copyright infringement and (4) any defective products sold to customers from Reeser's Web Design Inc. server.
DISCLAIMER
Reeser's Web Design Inc. will not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer. Reeser's Web Design Inc. makes no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied for services we provide. Reeser's Web Design Inc. disclaims any warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This includes loss of data resulting from delays, no deliveries, wrong delivery, and any and all service interruptions caused by Reeser's Web Design Inc. and its employees.
LIABILITY LIMITATION
You agree that all access and use of Reeser's Web Design and the content thereof is at your own risk. In no event shall Reeser's Web Design Inc. be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive damages arising out of your access, use or inability to use Reeser's Web Design Inc. and/or its content, or any errors or omissions in the content thereof.
